CHAIRMAN RE-ELECTED MR. N. G. ARMSTRONG’S SERVICE Mr. N. G. Armstrong was re-elected chairman at yesterday's annual meeting of the Wanganui Harbour Board for his second term. In nominating Mr. Armstrong, Mr. T. Mitchell said that the chairman had carried out his duties efficiently during the past 12 months. As Mr. Armstrong had 9. new policy for the board to follow, it was well that he should hold office for a further term. Mr. D. Ross seconded the motion. “I hope that what I have done during the past 12 months has met with your approval.” said Mr. Armstrong. “The relationship between members of the board has been most congenial and I thank members for the support they have accorded me." Mr. W. Morrison was re-elected deputy-chairman.
