WANGANUI ROAD AMATEURS RACE OVER NINE MILES TO-MORROW'S HANDICAPS The Wanganui Amateur Roa<. Cycling Club will open their 1939 season wit h a 9-mile race to-morrow. Tne race is timed to start at 2.3 d p.m. and the course will be round the Kaimatira Block, starting and finishing at the Red Lion Inn. The following handicaps have been declared: - M. Byrens, I. G. Seconi, H. Taylor, F. Clinton, 2min. 20sec. L. Gestro, L. Neverman, 3min. All new members and any other cyclists who are not handicapped wit; be allotted their handicaps before the start.
