INQUIRY OVER AIRAM The adjourned inquiry into the running of Airam in the Northland Hack Hurdles last Friday was concluded by the judicial committee of the Whangarei Racing Club. McLaughlin, exercised bad judgment in the handling of Airam, but found . that there was not sufficient evidence > of an offence under Rule 282 of the I Rules of Racing and therefore gave . him the benefit of the doubt. i The committee was further of the ! opinion that McLaughlin should be ■ reprimanded.
