Burgess. Road hogging was fast disappearing and he could not report a single case of bad driving manners. Mr. T. Dix said that there were still many motorists who would not dip until the last minute or did not dip their lights at all. Dr. E. E. Porritt: There are a lot of cars which cannot dip. Mr. Burgess said he had met few cars which did not dip their lights. He had come to the conclusion that those which did not do so were unable to dip their lights. Mr. T. Dix said that the time had a arrived when there were motorists id who travelled at too slow a speed, •d Patrol R.
