At the conclusion of the business ; members were entertained at afternoon tea, the hostesses being the I officers of the club. RIFLE SHOOTING. ' Tuesday evening saw the inauguration of the new season for club enthusiasts. Over 20 were present for > the first practice shoot and the keenness of the new members promises a very successful season. Top score was > made by C. C. Baldwin with a 69, while several others registered 68's. : Next Tuesday regular competitions will begin.
