TOO MUCH SUGAR
AUSTRALIAN PRODUCTION Received March 7, 5.5 p.m. BRISBANE, March 7. Fears that execessive production in Australian sugar would soon make it difficult for growers to dispose of their surplus were expressed at the annual conference of the Australian Sugar Producers’ Association. The annual report said it was estimated that production this year would be 12,000 to 15,000 tons in excess of the production last year.
