AGREEMENT REACHED t Per Association. I WELLINGTON, March 3. The Court of Arbitration heard an application for a Dominion award for photo engravers. A substantial measure of agreement was reached in conciliation proceedings, the only matters left in dispute being the spread of hours of work (40-hour week in both newspaper and other establishments), determination of night shift, and annual holidays.
