TECHNICAL COLLEGE TWO RECORDS BROKEN A high standard of swimming marked the finals of the Wanganui Technical College sports yesterday, two records being broken and another equalled. In the 100yds. intermediate championship H. Davis’ time was 71.6 sec., the previous record being held by I. Forrester in 72.65ec. In the 50yds. intermediate championship B. Breed swam the distance in 31sec.. the previous best time being that of J. Rowe (31.45ec.). In the 50yds. junior champ. H. Davies (31sec.) equalled the record of E. Noble.
