OHAKEA Mr. and Mrs. Bull and family, of Hamilton, have been the guests of Mr. and Mrs. G. Richardson, of Karaka -Terrace, during the past week. Mr. J. Ellery, sen., of Marton, is the guest of his son Mr. J. Ellery, for the Rangitikei races. WAVERLEY Mrs. G. Lupton is on a touring holiday in the thermal and Hawke's Bay districts. Last Wednesday Mr. and Mrs. H. Pepper were guests of honour at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Elmslie, when a number of relatives and old friends met to congratulate them both on attaining their 81st birthdays. Mrs. Rugg is spending a holiday at Rotorua.
