EFFECT ON BRITISH IMPORTS EXAMINATION BY DOMINIONS SECRETARY LONDON, Feb. 14. In the House of Commons the Dominions Secretary. Sir Thomas Inskip, told Mr. Hamilton Kerr ’ConJ that he was at present examining the effects of New Zealand's licence system on British imports, including Lancashire textiles.
