TREASON TRIAL OPENED PUBLIC NOT ADMITTED BERLIN, Jan. 3. The trial of Ernest Niekisch and two others charged with high treason and plotting the assassination of Herr Hitler has opened. Eighteen others are to be tried later. The public was not admitted.
