WICKETKEEPER’S FEAT
■ TWELVE VICTIMS SYDNEY, Jan. 3. In a Sheffield Shield match to-day the 22-year-old Queensland wicketkeeper Don Tallon, equalled the world's first class cricket record by dismissing 12 New South Wales batsmen by either stumping or catching. Six were dismissed in each innings. The record was established by E. Pooley when playing for Surrey against Sussex at the Oval in 1868.
