Goebbels owes his presence in hospital to his matrimonial complications. The Mirror predicts that the Nazi Ministry of Propaganda will graduilly pass to the control of the German Foreign Ministry and Dr. Goebbels will >e reduced to the position of chief of he Nazi Party in Berlin. Herr Hit!f is hesitant at present to deprive im of Ministerial rights, fearing to recipitate a party crisis.
