UKRAINIAN MINORITY DEMAND MADE IN POLISH DIET [By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright] Received Dec. 5, 9.50 p.m. WARSAW, Dec. 5. Denouncing the Polish treatment of the Ukrainian minority, numbering between five and six millions, Dr. Mudryj announced in the Diet that the Ukrainian group was introducing a Bill demanding the right of selfgovernment. Government speakers replied that the Poles and Ukrainians had lived together for a thousand years and the Ukrainians were far better off under Polish rule than elsewhere.
