BOYS’ CHOIR CONCERT

The Wanganui Boys’ Choir is to visit the Wellington Boys’ Choir at an early date and to provide transport a grand choral and instrumental concert has been organised for to-mor-row night. The Wanganui Male Choir is providing choral items for the second half of the programme, the Boys’ Choir opening the first half. An attraction will be the appearance of Master Warwick Keen, boy soprano, silver medallist, and soloist at the recent Hutt Valley Liedertafel concert. The Male Choir quarette is contributing and the Garrison Band quartette is providing instrumental items. These contributions, along with boy soloists of the Boys’ Choir will intersperse what promises to be one of the finest musical programmes put on the Opera House stage this year. The accompaniments will be Miss Eileen Cornyns and Mrs. Freda Cunningham, L.R.S.M., the arrangements of the programme being in the hands of the conductor of the Boys’ Choir, Mr. O. Kitson.
