REGENT THEATRE TRIALS. LAST NIGHT’S RESULTS. The high standard set at the earlier sessions of the series of amateur trials at the Regent Theatre was maintained again last night, when the tenth series were presented. The winner was Mr. Keith Harrison (vocalist). The trials are being conducted at the Regent Theatre on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, one heat being conducted each night, the winner of each heat qualifying for the semi-finals. The method of determining the winner of each heat is public vote, and the semi-finalists and the finalists will appear before a select committee of judges.
