EMIGRES IN PRAGUE

UNHAPPY PLIGHT ATTACKS ON CZECH GUARDS. Received Oct. 12, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 11. The correspondent of the Daily Telegraph at Prague says that 10,000 Austrian arc German emigres, the majority of whom are Jews, sent a deputation to Major-General Neill A’aPxilm, High Commissioner for German refugees, pointing out that they are forbidden to earn a living, and. furthermore, that it is politically impossible for the Czechs to resist the German demands for their deportation. Members of the Henlein Party continue to attack Czech frontier guards, two of whom were killed at Novares. Eight defence guards were killed by storm troops during the evacuation of Mixu’ov. The correspondent adds that the Germans are removing transportable Czech fortifications to the Western front.
