GERMANY AND SOUTH-WEST AFRICA SIR ABLE BAILEY’S VIEW LONDON, Oct. 9. Sir Abe Bailey, a former member of the Transvaal Legislative Assembly and one of the principal mine-owners, interviewed by the Sunday Referee, said that Germany had no possible chance of getting South-West Africa. He would oppose it to the bitter end.
