WANGANUI SHOW

MORE STEWARDS REQUIRED SPECIAL MEETING TO-MORROW The Executive Committee of the Wanganui A. and P. Association has called a meeting to be held to-mor-row afternoon at the secretary’s office, at which it is hoped that as many young farmers as possible will enrol as assistant stewards for the November Show. It is anticipated that the usual staff will need to be doubled to cope with the large number of entries expected and as th e opportunity of viewing the judges at their work, besides the privileges of handling some of the best stock in the Dominion, will encourage numbers of Young Farmers’ Clubs and others to enroll as stewards.

Stewards are required in the various stock sections as well as in the trades displays and side show sections. If an intending steward is unable to attend the meeting he may ring the secretary’s office, stating the section he desires to be attached to and his name will be registered.
