THREE RESIGNATIONS NEW MINISTER OF WAR. Received Aug. 28, 5.5 p.m. BELGRADE, Aug. 28. The Minister of War, General Maritch, also the Minister ot Commerce, Dr. Verbanitch, and the Minister of Physical Education, M. Magarashevitch, have resigned without explanation. The Chief of the General Staff, General Meditch, has been appointed War Minister. It is officially stated that the changes in the personnel of the Cabinet did not involve a change of policy.
