RANGITIKEI COUNTY COUNCIL Public Notice of Proposed Application for Sanction of Loan. is hereby given that the Rangitikei County Council proposes at its Meeting to be held on the 4th day of August, 1938, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Government Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of £5,000 for the purpose of the erection of Workers’ Dwellings including acquisition of land for same. As security for the loan, it is proposed to levy a special rate of one eighty-fifth of a penny in the pound on the capital value of all rateable property in the County of Rangitikei. It is not proposed to collect the security rate, but to meet the annual charges on the loan out of the General Fund. Any person having any objection to the proposed application, is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Rangitikei County Council not later thar the day preceding the said meeting.
