ORDER OF RACES (HANGED Exercising the temporary licence gianted it, the Taranaki Jockey Club will hold an extra day of racing at New Plymouth on July 30. This is the second time in recent years that the club has been granted an extra day Alterations to the order of the programme issued were made at a meeting of the jockey club committee last week, the first and second and the fourth and fifth races being affected. The first event will now be the Waireka Hurdles and the second the Wairau Maiden Race. The Te Arei Steeplechase will be run fifth and the Mahoetahi Hack Cup Handicap fount,.
