Soccer, Cooks Gardens and Victoria Park.—Members of the East Town Railway Division will report for duty on these grounds. On Tuesday evening last al the divisional headquarters a most inter csting address was given by the Rev. H. W. Austin to the members of the Wanganui Division of St. John Ambulance. The lecture took ihe form of a description of the work of Inal silent body the Toch. H. The speaker went on to tia<e the formation of this organisation and describe rhe good work of the Toch H is doing and also made mention that the work of its members are never publicly made known. District Superintendent W. Bourne, on moving a vote of thanks to the Rev. Austin, thanked him for his most interesting address and for other occasions on which he had assisted with ihe work of St. John,
