PLAZABobby Breen is supported by Ned Sparks and a strong cast in “Hawaii Calls,” commencing to-morrow and screening at four sessions on Saturday. “The Sky’s the Limit” and “Born Reckless” are announced for next Wednesday. “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer” will commence on Friday of next week, and will feature young Tommy Kelly in the title role, with May Robson, Victor Jory and Margin M-n ,>.!<?<; in supporting roles. MAJESTICRobert Taylor, Eleanor Powell, Buddy Ebsen, Robert Benchley and Sophie Tucker are among the many stars of “Broadway Melody of 1938,” commencing to-morrow. John Beal, Florence Rice and Frank Morgan are starred in “Beg, Borrow or Steal,” commencing on Wednesday next. William Powell and Myrna Loy are teamed again in “Double Wedding,” commencing on Saturday of next week. Coming attract ors include “I'll Take Romance” and “The Buccaneer.” REGENT— Commencing on Saturday, “Carnival Queen" feature: Robert Wilcox, Dorothea Kent and Hobart Cavanaugh, and “End of the Trail” stars Jack Holt, Louise Henry and Guinn “Big Boy” Williams. Next Wednesday “Sinner Take AU” stars Bruce Cabot, Margaret Lindsay .and Joseph Calleia, and “The Bishop Misbehaves” has Edmund Gwenn, Maureen O’Sullivan and Norman Foster featured. Wheeler and Woolsey star in “High Flyers,” commencing on Saturday of next week, with Rochelle Hudson, Robert Kent end FH.vard Bromberg in “That I May Live." DUCHESS—“CharIie Chan at the Opera,” screening to-morrow, has Warner Oland and Boris Karloff starred. Edward Arnold and Frances Farmer have the main roles in Monday's offering, “The Toast of New York.” On Wednesday next Simone Simon and James Stuart will be seen in “Seventh Heaven.” Jean Harlow and Robert Taylor are the stars in “The Man in Possession,” screening on Friday of next week.
