THE LEANDER’S ITINERARY [ Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 25. The itinerary of H.M.S. Leander on lhe island cruise with the GovernorGeneral on board was announced this evening by the Minister of Defence, Hon. F. Jones. The Leander is to leave Auckland on July 6 and return on August IP. From Auckland the Leander will proceed to Rarotonga, where she is due on July 12. She will proceed to Mangala two days later, 'lhe Leander will be at Atiu on July 15, Aitutaki July 16, Penrhyn July 18, Rakahanga and Manihiki July 19, Danger Island July 20, Fakaofu and Jukunono July 22 and Atafu July 23, arriving at Apia on July 24. The Leander will remain there until July 29. She will arrive at Pago Pago on July 30. and remain there until August 1. From Pago Pago the Leander will go on to Suva, remaining there from August 4 to August 10, when she will leave for Nukualofa. The Leander is due at Niue on August 13, and before returning to Auckland on August 19 will call at Sunday Island. At. Fakaofu the Leander has a rendezvous with 11.M.5.
