BRITISH MINISTER AT THE HAGUE
[ Britlih Ofieial Wiraleu.] RUGBY, April 22. The King has approved the appointment of Sir Nevlle Bland, a counsellor in the Foreign Office, to be His Majesty’s Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary at The Hague. He succeeds Sir Hubert Montgomery’, who is to retire in the autumn.
