SUGGESTIONS REJECTED
LABOUR PARTY ALLIANCE. LONDON, April 14. The Labour Party executive has rejected suggestions of a “popular front” alliance with other parties. The executive points out that in recent weeks strenuous efforts have been made to reverse the party’s decision against association with either the “united front” or the “popular front” movement and urges members to withhold support “from movements which are bound to weaken the , party's organisation and electoral power.”
