POLITICAL REFUGEES
EMIGRATION CONFERENCE ATTITUDE GF SWITZERLAND Received April 15, 7.5 p.m. WASHINGTON, April 14. Switzerland is not agreeable to the United States suggestion that the first meeting ot the committee to facilitate emigration of political refugees from Austria and Germany be held in Switzerland. Switzerland will participate but considers it preferable to meet in a country more suitable to Ihe special problems to be discussed.
