PURSUANT to the provisions of ' “The Local Election and Polls Act, 1925, “The Rabbit Nusance Act, 1928, and Amendments,” I hereby give Public Notice that an Election of Five Trustees to the above-mentioned Board will be held on the 11th day of May, 1938, and I hereby appoint the Hunterville Rabbit Board Office, Hunterville, as the place, and Wednesday, the 27th day of April, 1938, as the day for the nomination of candidates. PURSUANT to the provisions of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, I hereby give Public Notice that the Ratepayers’ List of the Hunterville Rabbit District is open for inspection without fee at the Office of the Magistrate's Court, Hunterville, and at the Office of the Rangitikei County Council. Marton. The Magistrate will sit at the Courthouse, Hunterville, on Monday, June 13, 1938, for the hearing of objections and the Revision of the List. All objections must be lodged with the Clerk of the Magistrate's Court at Hunterville not later than three days before the 13th day of June, 1938, and such objections must be in writing, setting forth the grounds of such objections, and a copy of such objections must at the same time be lodged with or sent,by registered letter to the Secretary of the Board.
