Mr. Perry, who lives in a houseboat at The Spit. Sydney, recently completed the hull of a 28ft auxiliary yacht inside his home. To make impossible to launch the yacht a tertian of the wall, of the houseboat had to be removed. The picture shows the yacht ready for launching after, being brought through the opening of the wall.
