CHILD KILLED

HIGHWAY ACCIDENT NEAR LINCOLN [ P*r Press Assoela’ion. ) CHRISTCHURCH, April 1. A seven-year-old child, Nancy Page, was killed at Prebbleton shortly after 9 o’clock this morning when the bicycle she was riding collided with a car driven by Dr. M. M. Burns, of Riccarton. An eye-witness of the accident said the child appeared to swerve and lose control of her machine, crashing into the car, which was travelling to Lincoln College, where Dr. Burns is a lecturer.
