FRENCH FINANCE BILL
DELAY IN PRESENTATION PARIS, March 31. The Government’s u;w Finance Bill, by which it is expected M. Blum will stand or fall, was again delayed owing to the Premier's preoccupation with the metal industriet strike. It will be tabled in the Chamber of Deputies and examined by a financial commission on April 4, and debated in the Chamber on April 5. ,
