SEARCH FOR MISSING MAN

FISHING BAG AND LINE FOUND [ Per Press Association.! AUCKLAND, April 1.

A search is being made for Wallace Edward Farley, aged 23, son of Mr. W. D. Farley, of Whatipu, who has been missing from his home since Thursday evening. Farley was last seen by members of his family shortly before they retired that evening. About 6.45 a.m. to-day it was discovered that his bed had not been slept in and a search was made of the farm and adjacent district. A fishing bag and line belonging to the missing man was found on the Whatipu Wharf. The line had been set and pulled in, but the hooks and pinker had fouled the wharf steps.
