Foreign affairs and rearmamen* which engaged so much attention ii. the House of Commons during the past four weeks will give way to the consideration of domestic business, ol which a great deal awaits attention befor** the introduction of the Budget. In the Lower House this week efforts will be made to advance legislative measures like the Films Hili and the Coal Bill, consideration of which is incomplete. In the House of Lords foreign affairs will, however, be discussed end a debate based on last week’s Ministerial statement of policy will be opened to-morrow. j
