At the Hawkesbury races the Park Stakes resulted: Glen Esk 7.12 (Shean) 1, Edible 7.7 (Finch) 2, Moricnce 7.6 (Glover) 3. Twelve started, including Rebel Chief. Head; half a length. Time, 1.27. Litigation was third to Royal Ensign and The Nineteenth in the Juvenile Handicap, in which Miltiades and Pliable were unplaced. Improvement and Limoux were unplaced in the Autumn Handicap. Troy was unplaced in the Clarendon Handicap. MOONEE VALLEY RACES LE GRAND UNPLACED Received March 20, 7.5 p.m. MELBOURNE, March 20. At the Monee Valley Races the Moonee Ponds Handicap resulted: Apollo 7.12 (Voitre) 1, Aitchanges 8.3 (Wilson) 2, John Wilkes 8.12 (Breasley) 3. Eleven started, including Le Grand. Half a length; neck. Time, 2.34. Bankshaw was unplaced in the Maiden Two-Year-Old Handicap, First Division, and Hilton was unplaced in the Second Division. Snow Queen was unplaced in the Hollymount Handicap.
