| RECEPTION AT NEI.SO? , 1 Per Press Association. 1 NELSON, March 18. The Hon. TI. T. Armstrong arrived at Nelson this morning and received deputations. He was accorded an enthusiastic civic reception at noon. During the morning ihe Minister visited various works to be undertaken. He leaves this afternoon for Onekaka on an unofficial visit, proceeding to Christchurch to-morrow via Lewis Pass.
