£111,710 COLLECTED. NINETY PER CENT. OF TOTAL LEVY. The total rates collected by Ihe Wanganui City Council up to and including Wednesday, February 16, the last day prior to the enforcement of the 10 per cent, penalty, was £111,710, or approximately 90 per cent, of the total levy. The percentage was 24 per cent, higher than that of the previous year.
