M. VAN ZEELAND'S REPORT [ British Official Wireless.] RUGBY, Feb. 2. In an answer on M. van Zeeland: report in the House of Commons today, the Prime Minister (Mr Chamberlain) said that the proposal! raised many complications—financial, economic and political. These woula require careful study and he could not make any statement until such a study was completed. He added that he hoped the proposals woula be examined everywhere in the same objective and constructive spirit had inspired its compilation. The Prime Minister added that thi report would be taken as an urgent matter and he agreed with Mt George Lansburv tnat the next mow lay with the French and British Governments.
