THE LEADER FINED INCIDENT IN SYDNEY Received Dec. 24, 5.5 p.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 24. Charles Francis Shaunessey, leader of a city procession for which police permission was not obtained, was lined £2 at the Traffic Court.
