Whatever the weather, whatever the way, The road leads on where the Manger . Under an Eastern Star. The same sky pales, and the same orbs glow Where shepherds pass and lilies blow, And still-vibrant echoes are. Dawns awake anew, and sunsets chime; Day follows da.’—years are but time That Man measures out of the Sky; And the same Heart throbs, and the same Voice sings. The Age-old Message Jesus brings Grows newer, and more nigh. E.D.P.
