Judgment was given this afternoon In a case in which lhe Department of Health proceeded on two charges against the Co-operative Dairy Company Ltd. of selling butter with added water. j The magistrate (Mr. Bundlei said he was satisfied that the butter in the casv nad not been sufficiently tested bf trie manager and that sufficient precautions had not been taken to prevent an excess of water. ( The company was convicted and fined £5 with costs.
