PARTY BALLOTS HELD STATE PARLIAMENTS SYDNEY, Dec. 20. The Australian Labour Party ballots were conducted over the weekend to select candidates for the State Pariiamentary elections. Many candidates were chosen without opposition, including Mr Lang and the deputy-leader, Mr Baddeley. Nearly every seat will be contested by Labour.
