GUEST OF GARRISON OFFICERS DINNER AT THE RUTLAND HOTEL His Excellency, the Governor-Gen-eral (Viscount Galway) was the guest of the Wanganui Garrison Officers’ Club last night at dinner at the Rutland Hotel. The president of the club (Captain E. Ziesler) presided and a short toast list, appropriate to the occasion, was honoured. His Excellency will present the prizes at Nga Tawa School (Marton) this morning and will act similarly at St. George’s (Wanganui) this afternoon. This evening he will be the speaker at the breaking-up ceremony at the Collegiate School, Wanganui, after which he will leave for Auckland.
