ART UNION WINNER

HAMILTON BUSINESS MAN HAD FORGOTTEN ABOUT TICKET [ Fer Pies, Association. I HAMILTON, Dec. 18. The winner of "My Lucky Spin” art union is Mr. B. Palmer, the manager of a local tailoring firm. Interviewed to-day, Mr. Palmer said that he had forgotten about the ticket, and the first he had heard of his good luck was when a friend advised him by telephone. He was at work, Friday night being late shopping night. He has no plans at all as yet, and has often bought tickets in art unions. The first prize of the first two art unions came to Hamilton about eleven years ago, and three first prizes have been won in the district in the last twelve months, the first early this year to Pukeroro, last month one to Te Kowhai, and now this one to Hamilton. The third prize winner is a florist in Cambridge.
