SOVIET VOTERS
ELECTION FIGURES. MOSCOW, Dec. 17. A total of 91,113,000 electors of the 94,000,000 voted at the Soviet elections, and of these 1,332,000 voted against Communist candidates by scratching out the names. The spoiled papers numbered 2,136,000.
