other matter—but when you start with knives that is not playing the game, and you know it.” Coyne, in pvidence, said he was seated in a billiard room when accused came up and struck him twice in the face, then produced a knife, and witness had his hand cut in warding off a blow. A constable who was called in said accused had a big pocket knife in his possession and was drunk z Cn a charge of drunkenness O'Brien was convicted and discharged.
