BANK OF ENGLAND RETURNS
LONDON, Dec. 16. The Bank of England return for the week ended December 15, is as follows:
Proimr: ’. eserve to liabilities, 30.14 per cent., compared with 35.38 per cent, last week. The Bank of England rate of discount is 2 per cent, to which it was reduced from 2i per cent, on June 3(1 1932.
