HOPES FADING DAILY
OLYMPICS AT TOKIO PROBLEMS FOR ORGANISERS TOKIO, Dec. 16. Hopes that the 1940 Olympic Games will be held at Tokio are fading daily, according to the Asahi Shimbun, which says that so many problems are confronting the organising committee that it will not be able definitely to guarantee to the international committee at its meeting at Cairo in March, 1938, that the construction nf the arenas will be started in April
