WANGANUi ATTRACTION ASSOCIATION ‘‘AT HOME” TO-DAY’S BIG PROGRAMME This afternoon, the Wanganui Rowing Association will hold a big "At Home” at the Wanganui and Union boathouses, when eight-oar racing wil form the major part of the afternoon’s programme. In addition to the racing the public will be well catered for in the direction of games and novelties, for in the Union Boat Club Social Hall various entertainments have been planned to make the afternoon an attractive one. Admission will be free and the visitors will be the guests of the combined ladies’ committee, who will provide a dainty afternoon tea. Crews have been drawn to race for the sprint eights, racing for which is timed to start at 2.30 p.m. No races will be held up or delayed for members who fail to attend at the specified time of starting.
