PERSONAL Miss F. Lewin left on Friday for her home in Palmerston North, prior I to holidaying cn the East Coast and at Wellington. Miss J. Fittall left on Friday to spend her holiday in Nelson. Miss Fittall is travelling by ’plane from Wellington. Friends of Mr M. Bielski will be sorry to learn that he is an inmate of Wanganui Hospital. It is hoped that Mr Bielski will make a rapid recovery from his injuries. Mrs J. McKnight and Mrs Brooks left for Auckland on Friday. SCHOOL PARTY ’inc school children had a very pleasant afternoon last Thursday, when games of cricket were played between mixed teams of boys ana girls. After the games a sumptuous afternoon tea was served. Songs and other joyful items brought a very enjoyable "break” to a close.
